I've always listened to a lot of different genres of music. My record collection was a mish-mash of RnB, rock, rap, and techno, and even country for a time, but my favorite was usually metal, post-hardcore, and progressive rock. One genre that always stayed with me was electronic music.

This is what Diablo III looks like to me most of the time

Diablo III is HARD. I regrettably rolled a Monk and was just on the poop end of a major nerf. Now I'm wandering the alleyways of the Battle.net forums in search of some ideas for a level 60 Inferno build. My gear is pretty horrible and now I get just utterly crapped on by Elites. Nerf happens.

Last week is completely lost to me. Gone. It slipped away right through my fingers and I didn't, couldn't, notice. Diablo III has critted my real life for 2k plus bleed damage.

Getting Lost in New Vegas...Again - Pt.1

While Ivy Mike is happily clicking away in Diablo 3 and gathering the sweetest of loots, I am revisiting one of my favorite console games. I started to get into a Fallout mood after watching the amazing NukaBreak webseries, again, for the 3rd time. They also have a Kickstarter for Season 2, which I'm very excited about. So I powered up my 360 and drifted into the wasteland all over again.

Fringe. It seems you're either watching it completely amazed by how crazy good the current season is or you stopped watching long ago. The show has moved timeslots so many times I've lost track. I think it's on Friday nights now, though that doesn't matter, I watch it on Hulu as I do most TV. While I wait the obligatory 8 days for Fox to say its ok for me to see the show online I was thinking about if the show would have another season.

So this must be what it feels like to blog. This is my blog virginity escaping. This is my rookie year. Obviously I'm new to this whole blog thing, other than a livejournal I had when I was about 17 that I don't think anyone ever read. At least I hope not. I'm excited to be the other half of The Nerd Bomb. The less interesting, shorter, more annoying half. I'm going by Ivy Mike based on the name of the device detonated in the first successful test of a hydrogen bomb. I'm super meta like that. 

A Game of Drones

Something I've grown to like more and more over the years has been watching gaming tournaments and e-sports events. Today with MLG, EVO, and other leagues sprouting up there is more and more variety than ever before. I love checking out the latest COD and BF3 montages on YouTube. There are so many great editors and commentators out there: Boo, KYRSp33dy, Deluxe4, Wovn, and tons of others. One of my favorites is HuskyStarcraft.
